*Tip*: Frozen blueberries will lower the temp of your batter, usually requiring a bit more baking. Also, to avoid "streaking" in your muffins, put the blueberries in very last, stir gently, and then immediately place in the oven. Or maybe you like the swirly stuff inside? :)

were blueberries on sale? If it happens again down there PLEASE e- mail me right away. I only have wal mart and safe way (no superstition ranch market)... i have people that will buy them, rinse them and store them in gallon bags in the freezer until I can come get them!!! WE just used our last gallon bag a few weeks ago and i'm getting worried!
