Mix up
a batch of this. Put two cookies worth into individual ramekins. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes, or until the sides are just starting to barely brown and the center is still squishy. The cookies will continue to bake a bit even after you take them out of the oven, so make sure not to over cook them. You want them a tad underdone. Then try your best to be patient while you wait for the piping hot ramekins cool enough to handle. When you can't stand it for one minute longer, or you are willing to burn your fingers for the sake of a treat, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. What you will have is a gooey-chocolatey-ice-cream-y mess. And that's the best kind of mess, I think.
yummy !!!!!! Will have to try this one.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to try this. What size ramekins do you have? Mine are tiny, maybe 2" across. I'll have to get larger ones maybe because I am excited about this!
ReplyDeletehi marianne. my ramekins are 6 oz, or about 3 1/4 inches across. with your tiny ones, probably one scoop of dough would be enough.
Deletegoing into the seventh month sans chocolate chip cookies. i swear - it's the one thing i miss the most. crazy? yes.
