Yesterday, I walked through the park behind my house to visit with a friend. Today, I went across the street to do my visiting teaching. Everyday, Mabel and Oliver walk with the other neighborhood kids around the corner to school. I love that about our neighborhood! It feels small and tightly-knit and old fashioned in all the best ways. It is full of good, hard working people who genuinely care about each other, and I am grateful to live here.
