We spent all weekend with our windows open and it was wonderful. A few years ago Mike installed a whole house fan. We turn it on in the mornings and cool, fresh air floods into the house. Can I tell you how happy I am that another summer is over? Oh man, so happy.
I decided it was time to adorn my new front door. I'm neutral on this C, so it is staying. For now.
Mabel painted that teeny panda for my panda loving little sister, and I just love it so much! I'm thinking of commissioning something for myself. She is so talented.

ReplyDeleteGood weekend for us too. The Parkers-Matt and family and Lincoln and family, all came for dinner yesterday. Love seeing the kids and and their imaginations and play with each other. Some of my favorite times!

ReplyDeleteSomeone gave me the idea of commissioning artwork and so I paid our son to paint large portraits of each family member this summer after I saw how he did a self-portrait in his art class.
