Yum. I always bake crisps (apple, peach) at 400 or so; that way it crips up nicely. I would share a recipe with you if I had one, but I always just eyeball the ingredients... I do about equal parts oats, flour, & brown sugar, a dash of salt, and a ton of butter. For a 9x13 I would probably use 1 1/2 sticks of butter... and like maybe 2/3 c each of the dry ingredients.
