This is why I don't like to shop online.

I feel like I have been searching for the perfect purse my whole life. I don't really know what I am looking for (something slouchy, medium-sized, well-priced, leather or fabric perhaps?), but I think when I see it I'll just know. I saw this purse on etsy and decided to take the plunge. It looked perfect.

But I don't think your purse should be bigger than your chubby 6 month old baby. (It looks much bigger on, by the way.) I think if I had seen this bag in real life at a real store, I wouldn't have bought it.

While I love its style, I wish it was just a teeny bit smaller. It's totally huge. Or maybe I am just really short. (I am.)

I guess the search is still on.

Bother.

But who cares about the purse, isn't that a cute baby?

  2. Super cute - Miss Stella and the purse too :) But now you have me all worried about the items I purchased online tonight for father's day presents...

  3. I am in the same bind. I also have this problem with shoes. I just don't buy them because I don't find exactly what I like. I have friends with hundreds of pairs and I wear exactly 2 casual and 1 church. I need help.

  4. The purse is cute, maybe you just need to get used to it?

Stella on the other hand, is so dang cute I want to fly out there right now and squeeze her!

  5. i feel your purse pain - i've been on the same quest for the last 10 years. and i've never really looked at etsy, which is blasphemy, i know, but i know it will prompt too many unnecessary purchases. it's just so much easier to click a mouse than stand in a long line.

  7. it looks like an okay size, but, like you said, it does that when it's flat on the floor. hmm. you should check out forever 21, they have these semi-slouchy fabric bags every time i go (not that often, promise), they're under $20 and cute fabrics. . . .

stella is so yummy. i'm so proud of her chub after those weeks of skinniness!! :)
