for runs

I never thought I'd be a runner. When Mike started running a few years ago, I thought he was crazy. But then I could see the difference it made in his health. Elliot was a baby, and I was feeling puffy and so out of shape, so I decided to give it a try. Almost three years later, here I am on my third pair of running shoes, loathe to miss a run. When I started I could barely run a mile. Now I've gone 10. Running is hard, but it feels so good to push myself. Doing it with Mike makes it even better. I am so thankful for our runs together.

  1. I started running 20+ years ago with my dad and it's still hard!!:) But, like you, I'm so grateful for my runs. Awesome that you get that time with Mike.

  2. I would love for eric and i to run together the 3 months its not freezing here. But even still, eric would rather chew glass then run unless the running is in basketball, then he is all about it. but good for you too and that time.
