The thing to do in Sundance in the summer is hike. And my mom is the best hiking guide in town. One morning, she took the girls from her house to Stewart falls, then to the top of the ski lift. We rode the ski lift down and walked back up the mountain home. It was epic, but so very beautiful.
Another day, we drove up the Aspen Loop road a bit and hiked through the trees and the waist high ferns.
