This is when I really love living in Arizona.

The sun is shining.
The days are warm, the nights are cool.
And the air is heavy with the sweet smell of orange blossoms.

I don't know how it is at your house, but it is definitely spring at ours.

Come visit!

  3. We went for a run and picked oranges on the way. We were gone for 2.5 hours- not running the whole time-but enjoying az. I love this smell.

  4. Sounds lovely. It isn't so much like spring here... Utah doesn't really get spring. It seems like it jumps from winter to summer pretty quick.

  6. There's an RV with our name ALL OVER IT that needs to be delivered before April 6. Unfortunately our spring break doesn't start until then, but we are seriously trying to figure out a way to come visit.

  10. OK, 2nd time commenting...I grew up in Mesa and have been transplanted to Utah (it's been a painful winter!)for most of my adult life. Your post today brought tears to my eyes and made me remember so many sweet childhood days! We had an orchard at the side of our house and that was my play ground. The smell always comes back to me when I think of it! Enjoy it for me!
