from Cooking Light, I think. I've had this recipe for years in my pumpkin recipe stash and had never tried it til now.

We had these for dinner the other night. My kids (and I) loved them. Think pumpkin bread in waffle form. I would definitely make them again, but maybe not for dinner. They were delicious.

  3. I made these yesterday, and we loved them! (Even my picky boys.) You have some great recipes!

  4. I made your pumpkin bread the other day when preparing the mini pumpkin trifles you posted not too long ago. They were fantastic!
