weekend plans

This weekend Stella will probably be wishing that our house guests were still in town. It's been sort of lonely without them all week. I predict that Elliot will change his clothes about a million times. I will wear my new mustard pants (from Walmart!). And maybe we'll all do yard work together? I don't know, but we should definitely take advantage of this breezy weather. It's funny how a high of 93 can feel so much like fall.

What are your plans?

  1. love your new pants. Relax and take it easy this weekend. You have had some busy days. We are going to Josiah's dedication on Sunday and I am taking 4 dozen homemade cinnamon rolls. So Sat I will be baking.

    Love you

  2. I love weekends staying home and doing chores. yard work is my favorite weekend activity. jake wants to earn some extra money so he will have enough to buy some real cowboy spurs at the feed store, so he said he will help nate mow the lawn and sprinkle enzymes in our crawl space to hopefully neutralize the cat urine that lingered down there from last falls episode of a cat making a home in my floor insulation! YUCK!
We will also be picking apples from our tree and bottling apples and pears! I think apple picking will be a great memory for my kids, they loved getting pears from the tree of our friend 2 days this week.
However, if I have the baby this weekend and none of the above happens I will be ok. But I am pretty sure we will be working this weekend! Not laboring.

  3. Sounds like a great weekend ahead. I just bought red jeans, but I'm not sure I'll have the courage to wear them!
